Ignatiev wins hard 6th stage of Tirreno Adriatico !

Michael Ignatiev has won the 6th stage in Tirreno Adriatico on a sharp way. Ignatiev drove away in the closing stages of a strong leading group and was in the final climb deter the charging peloton. A handsome steels speeding.

The Katusha are clearly much stronger than last year, thanks to CONCAP the program, and in "width" they are stronger for the day. The team of Andrei Tschmil can go full of good courage to Milan San Remo and the April classics.

McEwen wins Trofeo Mallorca !

Stybar world champion!

After the World title U23 - Pavel Sczcepaniak - has again CONCAP supported by an opposition rider field blown on World Cup Champion in Tabor. Zdenek Stybar, Czech champion and driving for the CONCAP supported by Telenet - Fidea team of Hans Van Kasteren was the strongest in the elite.

The way "Stybie" rode to the title was unprecedented. Already in the first round he had to deal with a flat tire, which he had been followed immediately behind. Once connected to the leaders he awarded himself a round of recovery, then disgrace at times to go off. Systematically built his lead out to a half minutes for that not to reveal. Cooperation between Katusha and Concap

On Thursday, January 21 we signed a contract to cooperate with the Russian Protour Cycling Team "Katusha". The riders include Kim Kirchen, Joachim Rodriguez, Sergei Ivanov, Filippo Pozzato and Alexander Kolobnev from this season will use the fine tuning sport program CONCAP. All this is due to the successful cooperation of last season with Sergei Ivanov, who drove his strongest season ever. He won the Amstel Gold Race ao, a stage in the Tour of Belgium, a Tourrit Russian Champion and was again on the road.

From August there was therefore a test case designed our products to riders 20 and under direction of team physician Dr. Katusha. Michailov. The results (feedback from the riders, blood analysis and performance etc. ..) and Dr were astounding. Michailov would definitely work with us for the 2010 season. On the basis of all this was an oral agreement is reached with President Andrei Tschmil and Angels manager in mid December and the contract was signed last Thursday.

NEW DESIGN FOR THE CONCAP CYCLING EQUIPMENT 2010

For 2010 we will have a fully new cycling equipment. The equipment is again available for everyone. The basic colour of the equipment is again black with a few bright blue shades and white prints. The shirt short sleeves and the short pants are also available in the white summer version.

GEERT WELLENS CHAMPION OF BELGIUM IN A BIG WAY !

We already announced it some time ago, but today it finally came. Geert Wellens conquered his 3rd Belgian title in cyclo. After already being champion by the newcomers and juniors, the professional soldier of Vosselaar became champion today by the Elite in Oostmalle without a contract !
For this season CONCAP and Geert worked together with the purpose to win 8 competitions and to achieve the Provincial as well as the Belgian title. CONCAP took care of the general food supplement package, with the necessary professional advice. Geert’s trainings are also weekly discussed and adapted to his program.
The ultimate was achieved today with a nice new Belgian title and this in a big way ! Geert even passed several Elite riders who started 1 minute before him. The number 2 of the championship was none other than Tom Van Noppen and he also works with the CONCAP sport fine tuning program since 3 weeks. Just beside the stage stood mountain biker and shortly also CONCAP rider, Jimmy Tielens. Also a nice competition for him. 1, 2 and 4 by the Elite, without a contract : CONCAP definitively won in Oostmalle ! By the Promises we noted a close place of honour for Kevin Cant, who ended 4th !

TOM MEEUSEN GETS BRONZE IN THE BK ELITE CYCLO !

Promise rider Tom Meeusen, who is doing great for already some time, got a bronze medal in the Belgian championship cyclo in Oostmalle. Tom had only to tolerate Swen Nys and Klaas Vantornout before him, after some sliders and mechanical problems. A great performance of Meeusen and hereby he is the favourite for the World championship of the Promises in Tabor in 3 weeks. However it was hard for the Telenet-Fidea riders today. The team, supported by CONCAP, had a lot of bad luck on the snowy trail of Oostmalle. First Kevin Pauwels had chain problems, then it was the turn of Bart Wellens. Bart, excellent start in the Belgian Championship, broke his chain and acceleration and had to run for more than 1 km direction material station, gone stage ambitions !
The luminous point in Oostmalle, was the new Telenet-Fidea rider Rob Peeters, who won 4th place after an excellent competition !
Also abroad there were national championships this weekend and also here several Fidea riders could party. Zdenek Stybar was again the best in the Czech Republic before his team mate Peter Dlask. On the snowy trail of Tabor, it was a one-man show of Zdenek. The competition from Belgium is warned !
New Telenet-Fidea rider Kacper Sczepaniak succeeded himself as champion of Poland and the same for European champion Robert Gavenda in Slovakia. In the Netherlands the title for the Promises was for Corné Van Kessel, who ended also a long solo. 1 European title, 4 national titles and 31 victories in total, so far the preliminary balance of the Telenet-Fidea Cycling team.
