This Concap Pre-workout is the improved version of the former Concap Flow. The product contains a strong mix of dextrose, caffeine and guarana, an ideal support during sports. The powder has a tropical pineapple-peach flavor and is especially praised by athletes with blood group O.

dextrose 30%, L-citrulline malate 20%, beta-alanine, acidity regulator: citric acid, siberian ginseng (eleutherococcus senticosus) 5.5%, mate (ilex paraguariensis) 5.5%, rhodiola rosea (rhodiola rosea) 4.5%, guarana (paullinia cupana) 3%, glutamine 2%, tea bush (camellia sinesis) 1.5%, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose, colour: beta-carotene.

Usage

Dissolve the contents of 1 measuring spoon (5g) in 250ml of water or fruit juice. Use 1 hour before exercise.

A daily dose contains 37.5g of epigallocatechnine-3-gallate. The daily amount of 800 mg epigallocatechin-3-galate should not be exceeded. Should not be consumed if you also consume other products containing green tea on the same day.
