Per dagportie : L-arginine alfa ketoglutaraat 1440 mg, ornithine alfa ketoglutaraat 960 mg, omhulling : gelatine.
Usage
Use 4 capsules for men/3 capsules for women, 1.5 to 2 hours before exercise.
Can be used in courses of 30 days or use from 3 days before the competition (charging) + on the competition day itself.
