Delivery
How long does the delivery of my order take?
Under normal circumstances you will receive your package 1 to 2 working days after you have placed your order. This is always under the condition that all data have been entered correctly, the transport company is operational and the payment conditions have been met. Did you not receive your package? Keep in mind that complaints must be made within 2 weeks after placing the order.
What are the costs to ship my order?
The shipping of your order, regardless of size and quantity, costs € 6 including taxes. If the total purchase value is €50 or more, we will ship your order for FREE.
Who will bring my package to my home or work?
For our deliveries we work together with Bpost. Attention: neighbourly delivery is possible.
What if you are not at home?
If you are not at home, bpost will leave a message with further instructions (e.g. a new delivery at a later time or to collect the parcel from a bpost location). Please note that the carrier may forget to do this in busy times. Once you have paid for your parcel, you can expect it to be delivered promptly. Is your parcel not delivered within a week? Please contact us as soon as possible.
There is a problem with the shipment or with my order
All orders are strictly monitored by our staff. Should you encounter a problem with your order or with its shipment, please contact our customer service within 7 calender days after placing the order at info@concap.be or at +32 14 22 60 47. Always keep your order number at hand.
Payment
Belfius DirectNet, KBC Online, ING HomePay
Do you have a bank card of Belfius, KBC or ING? Then this payment method is best suited to you. Choose this payment method and you will automatically be led to the trusted site of your bank. Here, you will be asked to check the amount and pay with your authentication tool. Depending on your bank, this may be a card reader or a password.
Bancontact/ Mister Cash
Pay with Bancontact/Mister Cash. This is both safe and fast. Choose this payment method and enter your card number and expiry date and you will automatically be led to the trusted site of your bank. Here you will be asked to check the amount and pay with your authentication tool. Depending on your bank, this may be a card reader or a password.
Mastercard
If you choose Mastercard, you must enter a CVC or verification code during payment. You will find this code at the back of your credit card next to the signature. The last 3 digits of this number form your CVC or verification code.
Visa
If you choose Visa, you will have to enter a CVC or verification code during payment. You will find this code at the back of your credit card next to the signature. The last 3 digits of this number form your CVC or verification code.
Bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer, we can only prepare your order after we have received your payment. Please note: the transaction time for a payment can take up to 3 (bank) working days. Your chosen delivery date may then be postponed.
iDEAL
Pay with iDeal. This is both safe and fast.
