Per serving: water 45 ml, maltodextrin 9 ml, fructose 4.5 ml, sodium citrate 0.5 ml, sodium chloride 0.5 ml, flavouring: berries, acidity regulator: citric acid, gelling agent: xanthan gum, caffeine 75 mg, guarana extract (paullinia cupana) 25 mg with 12% natural caffeine, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

Usage

Maximum 1 gel per day. Tear open the top of the packaging and take the gel. Mixing with water is not necessary. Use the gel during exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children. Not recommended for children under 12 and pregnant women.
