Usage
For short (up to 90 minutes) training or competition, use 1 ampule 5 to 10 minutes before the start. Competitive athletes can take another 1 to 2 concap boost capsules 1 hour before starting.
Endurance sports up to 6 hours long, drink 1 ampule after 1 hour of activity. Also combine 2 additional capsules of boost a 45 minutes before departure if aiming for maximum results. Do not exceed recommended dose. Does not replace a healthy and varied diet. Store cool and dry out of direct sunlight and out of reach of young children.
