Protocols per branch of sport

Header-concap

Concap, X-Nutri, Phar-Mi-Lan and 4Protein offer a wide range of products. If you find it difficult to combine products, you will find below a number of protocols classified by sport. (There are all designed for adults).

Walking

Use 3 to 4 capsules of Concap Forte or Concap Sport 30 minutes before departure. You may repear this after 120 to 150 minutes. To avoid muscle cramps, you can use a shot of Concap Magnesium + Vitamin B6. You will experience a better blood circulation, less muscle fatigue and better focus, without feeling agitated.

Jogging and running

For endurance training up to 1 hour: use 1 capsule of X-Nutri Q10 together with 4 to 6 capsules of Concap Forte or Sport about 45 minutes before departure.

Competitive or semi-professional level? Then use 1 additional dose of Concap S-D-P syrup. This syrup can be alternated with 2 to 3 capsules of Concap Boost or with 3 to 4 capsules of Concap Endurance.

Mountainbike

For exercises from 90 to 180 minutes.

Recreational level training blood type A

Choose from or alternate between the following protocols.

  1. Mix 1 dose of Concap Drive 55-11 with 1 dose of Concap S-D-P AB in half a glass of water and finish the drink 40 minutes prior to training.
  2. Use 4 to 5 capsules of Concap Forte combined with 1 dose of Concap S-D-P AB in half a glass of water and finish the drink 40 minutes prior to training.
  3. Consume 3 capsules of Concap Boost and 3 capsules of Concap Forte 45 minutes before departure.
  4. Use 3 to 4 capsules of Concap Endurance AB 45 minutes before departure.

Competitive or advanced level blood type A

Choose from or alternate between the following protocols.

Combine with important competitions with Concap un-BEET-able starting 1 shot a day 2 up to 5 days before race day. Drink the shot 2 hours before start of the training/competition. 

  1. Use 1 capsule of X-Nutri Q10 and 2 capsules of X-Nutri Omega 3 with or after a meal prior to training. Use 1 dose of Phar-Mi-Lan iron syrup, 4 to 6 capsules of Concap Forte, 1 dose of Concap S-D-P AB and 2 capsules of Concap Boost. For competitions over 2h30, use an additional 1 shot of Concap Bomba or Turbo during the competition, or use a final gel (Concap gel Carbo+ or Concap gel finale+ amino) 15 to 20 minutes before the end of the exercise.
  2. Use 1 capsule of X-Nutri Q10, 2 capsules of X-Nutri Omega, 4 to 7 capsules of Concap Forte, 4 capsules of Concap Endurance AB and combine with 1 dose of Phar-Mi-Lan iron syrup, 1 dose of Concap liquid multivitamin syrup and 1 dose of Concap Keton drink mixed in a glass of water. Use this 45 to 60 minutes before departure. In addition, Use Concap finale Gel 15 15 to 20 minutes before the end of the exercise.
  3. Mix 1 dose of X-Nutri magnesium + Vitamin B6, 1 dose of S-D-P AB and 1 dose of Phar-Mi-Lan iron syrup in half a glass of water and drink it 45 minutes before departure.

Cycling

Use 3 capsules of Concap Boost or 2 capsules of the Boost 4 competition variant, 5 capsules of Concap Forte or Sport, 1 capsule of X-Nutri Q10, 1 dose of Phar-Mi-Lan iron syrup and 1 dose of Concap S-D-P 45 to 60 minutes before departure.

Triathlon

For exercises from 1h30 to 3h30:

Recreational level training blood type A

Choose or alternate between the following protocols

  1. Mix 1 dose of Concap Drive 55-11 with 1 dose of Concap S-D-P AB in half a glass of water and drink it 40 minutes before exercise.
  2. Use 4 to 5 capsules of Concap Forte combined with 1 dose of Concap S-D-P AB in half a glass of water and drink this 40 minutes before training.
  3. Use 3 capsules of Concap Boost and 3 capsules of Concap Forte 45 minutes before departure.
  4. Use 3 to 4 capsules of Concap Endurance AB 45 minutes before departure.

Competitive or advanced level blood type A

Choose or alternate between the following protocols

For important competitions, always combine with Concap un-BEET-able by drinking 1 shot of un-BEET-able (2 hours before departure) 2 to 5 days prior to the training.

  1. Use 1 capsule of X-Nutri Q10 and 2 capsules X-Nutri Omega 3 with or after a meal prior to training. Use 1 dose of Phar-Mi-Lan iron syrup, 4 to 6 capsules of Concap Forte, 1 dose of Concap S-D-P AB and 2 Concap Boost capsules. For competitions over 2h30, use an additional 1 shot of Concap Bomba or Turbo during the competition, or use a final gel (Concap Gel final + amino) 15 to 20 minutes before the end of the exercise.
  2. Use 1 capsule of X-Nutri Q10,  2 capsules of X-Nutri Omega, 4 to 7 capsules of Concap Forte, 4 capsules of Concap Endurance AB and combine it with 1 dose of Concap iron syrup, 1 dose of Concap liquid multivitamin syrup and 1 dose of Concap Keton drink mixed in a glass of water.  Use this 45 to 60 minutes before departure. In addition, use Concap finale Gel 15 to 20 minutes before the end of the exercise.
  3. Mix 1 dose of X-Nutri magnesium + Vitamin B6, 1 dose of S-D-P AB and 1 dose of Phar-Mi-Lan iron syrup in half a glass of water and drink it 45 minutes before departure.

For exercise over 3h30

Use an extra 4 up to 6 capsules of Concap Forte every 3 hours. Also combine with a shot of Bomba or Turbo. (Use a shot of Kerosine for blood type O). 

Fitness

Use one and a half doses of Concap Drive 55-11 (replace by Flow 55-11 for blood type O) half an hour prior to training as a pre-workout.

For extreme strength; use 8 capsules of Concap Amino with 4 capsules of new testobooster per day.
You can also follow a course of Concap Force 1 or Force 8. These contribute to the natural testosterone build-up.
