Directions for use

Ready to use. Recommended daily intake: for adults aged 18 and over, 1 ampoule per day. For exercise lasting up to 90 minutes: 1 shot 10 minutes before the start. For endurance sports: 1 shot after 1 hour of activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
