Concap Energy Gel FastCarb Mango is a 40g gel containing 20g of carbohydrates. Ideal for providing you with sufficient energy during exercise.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 gel (40g/32ml) every 40 min. Before or during exercise. Preferably take with water. Maximum 3 to 5 gels per day, depending on the exertion.
