Instructions for use
Recommended daily dose: from age 18, take 1 capsule per day with water after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children. Place of origin: EU.

Ingredients per daily serving: (1 capsule from 18 years of age)
Magnesium bisglycinate (57mg magnesium, 15% RI*), capsule shell: gelatin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, cholecalciferol (75mcg vitamin D3, 1500% RI*)), D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (15mg vitamin E, 125% RI*), menaquinone (100mcg vitamin K2, 133% RI*)
