Directions for use

For intensive training sessions: Take 2 capsules after breakfast and 2 capsules after your training session or evening meal, with a glass of water. For non-athletes: Take 1 capsule daily after breakfast and 1 capsule after dinner with a glass of water. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
