Directions for use

For intensive training: 2 capsules after breakfast and 2 capsules after training or dinner, with a glass of water. For non-athletes: 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule after dinner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children.
