Directions for use

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For best results and to prevent the body becoming accustomed to the product, we recommend taking a break after 45 days. Rhaponticum carthamoides root extract 150 mg (containing 45 mg of ecdysterone), damiana leaf (Turnera diffusa) 150 mg, saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) 150 mg, roseroot (Rhodiola rosea) 100 mg (containing 3% salidrosides), Rhaponticum carthamoides root extract 100 mg (containing 50 mg ecdysterone), coating: microcrystalline cellulose.
