Directions for use

Ready to use. Recommended daily dose: from age 18, 1 ampoule per day. For efforts up to 90 minutes: 1 shot 10 minutes before the start. For endurance sports: 1 shot after 1 hour of activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children. Ingredients per daily portion (1 ampoule, 25ml)

Glucose syrup 12g, fructose syrup 7g, water, acidity regulator: citric acid, taurine 1g, L-carnitine 100mg, caffeine 75mg, guarana (paullinia cupana) 50mg, flavouring, chromium picolinate (100 mcg chromium, 250% NRV*). Preservatives: sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, sweetener: sucralose.
