Usage advice

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule per day. Take 45 minutes before physical or mental exertion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not exceed the daily dose of 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not consume if you are also consuming other green tea products on the same day. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children under 18 years of age. Do not take on an empty stomach.
