The Concap banana energy bar has a high carbohydrate content, making it the ideal choice for any type of physical training or competition, even in difficult conditions.  

The composition with oatmeal, dextrose and fructose is also very digestible and therefore friendly to the stomach and intestines. 

The pleasant crisp filling provides a nice bite, but the soft texture makes this bar pleasant to use. 

We recommend consuming one bar per hour during exercise. One bar can be consumed before exercise.
