Usage advice
Recommended daily dose: 1 ampoule per day from age 18. Dietary supplement with sweeteners. Ready to use. Shake well before use. For efforts up to 90 minutes, take 1 shot 30 minutes before the start. For endurance sports: take 1 shot after 1 hour of activity. For use during a final: take approximately 70 to 60 minutes before the end of the exercise. Contains caffeine (42mg/25ml or ampoule). Not suitable for children and pregnant women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medications.
