Ready to use. Shake well before use. Recommended daily intake: for adults aged 18 and over, 1 ampoule per day. For exercise lasting up to 90 minutes: 1 shot 30 minutes before the start. For endurance sports: 1 shot after 1 hour of activity. When used during the final stages: 60 to 70 minutes before the end of the exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children. Country of origin: EU.
