Directions for use

Recommended daily portion: 3 to 6 capsules per day, taken with a large glass of water (200 ml). We recommend splitting use into courses, with a break after 35 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children. Place of origin: EU.
