Directions for use

Recommended daily intake: 3 to 6 capsules per day, to be taken with a large glass of water (200 ml). We recommend using the product in courses, with a break after 35 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children.
