Usage advice

Recommended daily intake: dissolve 10 ml in 250 ml of water and drink whilst exercising. Best served chilled for a better taste. Once opened, store in the fridge. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
