The drink is exceptionally low in sugar, making it ideal as a sports drink for dieting. For this, you should at least halve the recommended dose.

Usage advice

Daily dose: Dissolve 2 teaspoons (5ml) in 250ml of water daily and drink during physical activity. This product may be used chilled for a better taste. This food supplement contains sweeteners. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of young children.
