To be used as a pre-workout supplement
Dissolve 37g powder (1 level measuring spoon) in 500ml water.
Caution contains caffeine (80mg per 37g powder measuring spoon. Not suitable for children and pregnant women. Contains 5mg Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per daily portion (37g powder or one level measuring spoon).
If taking medicines at the same time, inform your doctor or pharmacist. Consult your doctor if taking anticoagulants at the same time.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The daily dose of 800mg Epigallocatechin - 3-gallate should not be exceeded.
