Our recovery drink has a very pleasant chocolate and caramel flavour, isn’t sticky, and is also very well tolerated as it is gentle on the stomach and gut. It contains all the essential amino acids, proteins and minerals needed to make it the ideal recovery shake.

Usage advice
Mix one scoop (40g) with 300ml of water. Consume within 15 to 30 minutes after exercise.
