Concap
VDB Nutrition is the company behind Concap. As a Belgian family business, we have become an established name in sports nutrition and supplements after 18 years. What once began with a few – then still glass – jars of capsules has now grown into a range of over 120 high-quality and affordable products.
The Concap brand was created after years of searching for suitable sports nutrition and healthy supplementation by managing director Luc. He was – and still is – an avid cyclist and, like many others, experienced the struggles of cramps, heartburn, and products that promised much but delivered little. He did not have what he needed to receive adequate support during his training and competitions, so he educated himself to ensure that both he and others could find the right solution from then on.
To this day, every new product is only released once Luc is genuinely satisfied with its formulation and after it has been thoroughly and repeatedly tested by him and our test panel. His daughter Nathalie then ensures that each product receives the appropriate packaging and a notification number before it is launched on the market. Natacha, Luc’s other daughter, then makes sure the product reaches you – the customer.
A few years after the launch of Concap, the sister brand X-Nutri was established. A new name for supplements that focus more on general health, in contrast to the more sports-oriented Concap. With products such as multivitamins, magnesium, and natural herbal formulas like Immune Defense and Ashwagandha, we were from that moment able to help even more people by providing solutions for their ailments and placing a greater emphasis on preventive health.
Our goal is to help every individual achieve and maintain good health in a natural and efficient way, allowing them to perform better without placing unnecessary strain on the body. Effective training combined with our supplements enables peak performance. Additionally, preventive measures where needed, or support for overall health, provide greater comfort in daily life.

Year after year, we bring a variety of new products to market and also launch reformulations or variations of existing products. For example, we introduced our new Boost formulas, which are blood type-specific: Concap Boost 4-A and Concap Boost 4-O. These are ideal for extra energy and mental focus during exercise.
