Our tips for all mothers/women

Secretly, we have all known this for a long time: women, and mums in particular, are superwomen who can multitask and for whom nothing seems to be too much. Yet even for them, it can sometimes be difficult to get enough energy and nutrients in their busy daily lives. With the right supplements, energy, resistance and vitality get a nice boost.

We are happy to list our favourite recommendations for you as a mum/woman, so that you can get the best out of yourself every day.

We offer plenty of options to arm yourself, but we have selected a few supplements that we believe are essential to make a difference. Check out our list of products that will benefit you as a mum or woman:

- Concap Forte/Sport: ideal for any woman with a busy life who needs lots of energy to get through the day. These capsules from our basic range are perfect for daily use. Think of them as a healthier alternative to your daily cup of coffee.

Take 2 to 3 capsules at a time, up to a maximum of 3 times a day. Avoid taking them too late in the evening to prevent sleep problems.

- X-Nutri Collagen+: collagen is a protein that your body produces itself, but you can also obtain it through food or supplements. It contributes to skin elasticity, supports healthy hair and nails, and is important for connective tissue such as cartilage.

Ideal for women to take as a supplement.

Recommended dosage: 2 capsules twice daily (check old records, I don't dare say off the top of my head and can't access them from here)

- Iron (capsule form or syrup): Iron is a mineral that your body desperately needs. This is especially true for women, because you lose more iron during your period due to blood loss. A deficiency can lead to fatigue, something you definitely don't need as a mum.

Do you suspect a deficiency? Then have your GP perform a blood test.

Use 1 capful of syrup or 1 capsule per day. Avoid dairy products 30 minutes before and after taking the supplement for optimal absorption.

- X-Nutri Coenzyme Q10: From around the age of thirty, your body produces less Q10. This substance is important for your energy levels and protects your muscles, including the heart muscle.

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning or afternoon.

Do you exercise? Then take 1 capsule half an hour before training to give your heart muscle extra support.

Are you an athlete? Then you can take 1 capsule half an hour before training to provide extra protection for your heart muscle.

- X-Nutri Multivitamin +Q10 is a multivitamin that is ideal for boosting your immune system, especially if you are around children or if you have a busy daily life and come into contact with many people. Ideal to use twice a year as a course of treatment, or if you have sick children around, you can certainly use it once more for two weeks.

Take 2 capsules per day as a course of treatment, preferably in the morning or afternoon after a meal. You can do this twice a year or temporarily increase the dosage when necessary. Did you know that some contraceptive pills can inhibit the absorption of various vitamins, minerals and/or coenzyme Q10? (source 1)
