Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 gels per hour whilst exercising. Tear open the top of the packet and consume the gel. There is no need to mix it with water. Store in a cool, dry place and do not expose to temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius. Keep out of the reach of young children. Rotate your stock to ensure the gels remain fresh.
