Direction for use
Recommended daily intake: from 18 years of age, 1 gel per day. Tear open the top of the packet and take the gel. There is no need to mix it with water. Take the gel whilst exercising.
It is best to take this towards the end of your workout to support your performance and stamina, 50 to 30 minutes before it finishes.
