For efforts lasting 60 to 90 minutes: 10 to 30 minutes before exercise
Use a bar during training for extra energy during efforts.
Longer efforts: use 1 bar every 60 minutes until the last hour. Then switch to a Concap energy gel.
Does not replace a varied and healthy diet.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of young children.
