Ingredients

Per daily portion: Omega-3 fish oil 450 mg (of which DHA 250 mg and EPA 125 mg), thickener: corn starch, stabilizer: Glycerol E422, coating: gelatine.

Usage

1 to 2 capsules per day, swallowed whole with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
