Various studies

The use of caffeine and guarana has long been known in the sports world, which is why a lot of research has been done on it.

Several studies show that low to medium doses of caffeine and guarana can improve both energy levels and attention during exercise.

Supplements or sports nutrition containing caffeine and/or guarana can therefore certainly have a positive effect on athletic performance. This has been clearly demonstrated in research.

Concap energy shots

We developed various shots based on blood type and additional ingredients. Concap energy shot Bomba is primarily used by blood types A, B, and AB for increased energy and endurance. Taking this shot not only has a beneficial effect on physical fitness, but it also improves focus during exercise thanks to the added caffeine.

Concap energy shot K-Rosine offers the same benefits as Bomba, but is primarily designed for athletes with blood type O. It contains less caffeine and more guarana, which naturally contains caffeine. Guarana is an excellent alternative to caffeine for achieving benefits such as energy and mental focus. The main difference is the product's slower onset, which requires a different method of use. 

Concap energy shot Turbo is primarily used by blood types A, AB, and B, but is generally better tolerated by blood type O athletes than Bomba shots. This is because the caffeine content in this shot is lower. Peppermint is an added bonus, which opens up the lungs, making it ideal for use towards the end of a competition or intense exercise. This shot is also popular in colder temperatures, as it provides respiratory support in colder conditions.

Concap Boost capsules

Concap Boost is available in 3 versions, namely Boost 2.0, Boost 4-A en Boost 4-O. Concap Boost 2.0 is ideal for athletes who don't know their blood type or for teams with mixed blood types. Boost 4-A and Boost 4-O were specifically developed for each blood type and therefore contain more tailored ingredients. These provide not only physical energy but also a boost in mental focus, suitable for both athletes and non-athletes.

Easy to use before exertion, a long car ride, or physical labor at work. Also suitable for extra focus at work, for example, for someone who works a lot with numbers, like an accountant.

These boost pots each contain 90 capsules, so you can get 30 to 45 doses depending on your use.

Concap Boost 2.0

Use: 45 minutes before exercise, 2-3 capsules.

Concap Boost 4-A

Use: 45 minutes before exercise, 2-3 capsules.

Concap Boost 4-O

Use: 1 hour before exercise, 2-3 capsules.

Concap S-D-P 500ml

There are also 2 variants of the Shake - Drink - Perform based on your blood group: a variant for bloedgroep A/AB/B and one for bloedgroep O. This all-around formula can be used to support not only energy but also endurance and mental focus. Ideal for athletes who prefer to take just one supplement before exercise and aren't so keen on capsules. 

You get 20 dosing caps from each of these bottles. 

The biggest difference between the two formulas is the caffeine: in the A-variant this is also extracted from pure caffeine, which is not the case with the O-variant.

To use the above supplements during exercise, we provide some possible combinations below:

Non-binding protocol for endurance exercise:
  • 45 to 60 minutes before exercise:
    • 1 to 1.5 caps of Concap S-D-P OR 2–3 capsules Concap Boost 2.0/4-A/4/O OR 1 shot Bomba or K-Rosine
    • 4 capsules of Concap Forte or Sport
  • 30 minutes before exercise:
    • 1 capsule X-Nutri Q10
    • 1 cap of Phar-Mi-Lan iron syrup with vitamin C OR 1 capsule of Concap Iron Power
    • 1 softgel X-Nutri Omega 3 OR 1 softgel X-Nutri Krill oil
  • Within 30 minutes after exercise:
    • 1 scoop of Concap Max BCAA dissolved in 300 ml water OR 1 dose of Concap Recup Shake
  • Before sleeping
    • 3 to 4 capsules of Concap Amino A/O
  • Daily use
    • (treatment of max. 45 days) Concap Best-Ecdysterone: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening or (treatment of max. 35 days) Concap Force 1/8 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.
